Basic Search – FMLS and GA MLS Merged into one Search
This lets you search by city or zipcode, price range and bedrooms and baths. Both the FMLS and GAMLS are displayed in one search. If a home is in both you will see two listings. If it is only in one or the other you won’t miss it! Please note, when you start to type in a city or zip code etc, a dropdown menu opens below with choices. Click on the correct choice to select. Simply typing out the city will not work!

Advanced Search – will let you search by specific features Like schools or subdivisions, fireplaces, garages, year built, etc. In the advanced searches you have to search in either FMLS or GAMLS separately.
Please note,in any search, when you start to type in a city or zip code or any search term, a dropdown menu opens below with choices. Click on the correct choice to select. Simply typing out the city or any search term will not work!
Map Search – You can click on one of the pins on the map below and you will be taken to a page with custom searches already set up by City or Neighborhood and by price range.
If you click on the pins above the neighborhood or city name it will open a box that has a link to a webpage for each area that has pre-formatted searches by price range and neighborhood or city name. This also has FMLS and GA MLS merged into one search

When you do a custom search, or when you look at one of the preset searches, you can save the search and choose to have the system send you emails with new listings that come on the market every day with that particular search requirements! It can send them daily, or three times a week or once a week! When you find properties of interest, you can save them in a favorites file and compare!
