Dan Connolly has been an Atlanta resident since 1979 and has been licensed to serve clients real estate needs since 1986. Dan joined Re/Max in 1988 and over the course of his career has helped well over 1000 families with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

After I get to know a client I tell them what I really think, even if it is: stay where you are and add a room…you can’t do any better than this!”
With a background in home construction, renovation and repair, Dan offers a distinct benefit to his clients. Committed to going that extra mile, Dan has been known to go into the crawl space with an inspector to see first hand what he is talking about. This can be invaluable to a Seller or a Buyer faced with the prospect of having to pay for repairs and having to count on a contractor’s evaluation of what needs to be done. Additionally, Dan has a good rapport with local home repair professionals. This can frequently bring what initially may seem like an impossible repair request from a nervous buyer to an affordable solution that is a win/ win for everyone involved.
Shortly after Dan was initially licensed as a Realtor, Dan completed the courses to become a appraiser. This enables him to help the Sellers arrive at a realistic selling price. It also helps him make sure that his Buyer clients don’t pay too much for their home!
Patience and unwillingness to “push” makes Dan an ideal Buyer’s agent. Frequently he tells Buyers to relax, not to settle for anything, and to wait for bells and whistles to go off. With over 50,000 homes for sale at any given time one thing for certain is there will always be more homes to look at. Eventually you will find something that really “rocks your world”. The traditional sales pitch just isn’t there! Dan believes that the average home buyer will look at over a hundred homes before they are willing to make a choice, and he will work as long as it takes for the buyer to be thrilled with their Purchase. As a result most of his clients are repeats, and referrals are his bread and butter.
